Welcome to A Turning Point Recovery  

A Turning Point Recovery was organized on July 1, 2007 to provide Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient treatment for adolescents and their families in addressing substance abuse and mental health issues. A Turning Point Recovery’s goal is to assist our clients in developing accurate perceptions of reality and assist them in maintaining their recovery through various personal and community resources. A Turning Point Recovery offers structure, guidance and direction in order to assist clients in their process of recovery. A Turning Point Recovery offers the following programs: 

1. Intense Outpatient Programs
2. Drug Abuse / Depenency
3. Behavioral and Pscychological Disturbances
4. Eating Disorders

* Programs are accredited by the Mississippi Department of Mental Health and Bureau of Alcohol and Drug Services.

Services are targeted primarily to adolescent males and females affected by substance abuse and mental health issues. Referrals are accepted from Insurance Companies, Residential Treatment Centers, Physicians, Outside Therapists, Community Programs, and Self-referrals. In order to be enrolled, clients must meet admission criteria including documentation of substance abuse/addiction and a willingness to participate in all recommended program activities. Services are also available for the family members (and/or significant others) of program participants.

Hours of Operation are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm
